Transporting water

It looks like a drought season again in India. And questions are going to be asked how to survive the seasons. We need some way to get water to the drought-prone and drought-hit regions

I have a game-changing idea of transporting water to most regions. The way of transporting water to drought-y regions is this:

- look at the direction of winds going to your region
- predict the pattern for the next few days
- start evaporating water along the predicted wind patterns

If there is any region of sea, it will be most ideal. So just have giant water-evaporating factories operating on big ships - powered  at least in part by solar power. And within short time enough water can be boiled and sent off as steam into the winds so that it is carried off as clouds to the affected regions

And what if the clouds pass by and dont rain where you want them to? Simple - just seed the clouds

It can be done, no matter how hard it appears. I say this because we the mankind have achieved greater things and we continue to do great things each and every day. Just that the "great things" are not visible enough! But whenever we build big, complex systems, construction projects, software systems, and countless other things, we are accomplishing nothing short of a miracle

So puffing up some clouds and dispatching shouldn't even make it to the 10 most complex tasks, if undertaken, and thats what I think about it
